My client previously had ombre and asked me for a full head of blonde highlights. Two different shades of blonde were mixed and placed in foils throughout the hair alternatively. A dark brown to match the clients natural hair colour was then painted on in between the foils. This ensures an even coverage and gets rid of the ombre leaving a fresher looking colour. Once the colour had taken the foils were carefully removed and rinsed then the hair was washed and conditioned. Thermal protector and a leave in conditioner were then sprayed onto the hair. The thermal protector to prevent any heat damage from the hair dryer and straighteners and the leave in conditioner to nourish the hair. A tangle teezer was then used to gently remove any knots. The hair was then sectioned for the cut. My client asked for the dry ends to be removed so an inch and a half was trimmed all over. The hair was then dried and straightened before the feathering at the front was perfected and a polishing serum was the chosen finishing product.
