Here is one of my new clients. She had previously been to a salon and asked for an all over colour that was similar to her natural hair colour. The colour she ended up with was a lot more red than it should have been so she sent me some pictures showing me what she would like it to look like, that being her natural colour which was a light ginger.
Firstly the hair had to be stripped as it was too red and a lot darker than her natural colour. I mixed up the colour and applied it to the hair. This had to be done in stages t ensure an even lift as the hair was different tones throughout. Once this process was completed and the colour had lifted the hair was rinsed, washed and conditioned then dried. The copper tint was then mixed up and applied to the hair. Again once the colour had taken the hair was rinsed, washed and conditioned and a heat protection product was used to prevent any damage from the hair dryer or straighteners. The hair was then dried and straightened and a light serum was used to smooth the ends.
